SustainabiliD's CSO Bootcamp
The SustainabiliD Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) Bootcamp is a first of its kind, comprehensive opportunity offering corporate partners, nonprofit, and government sector leaders an in-depth training in building out and implementing achievable practices for their organization.
The Process
Attendees will delve into the weeds on important topics and best practices. Most essentially, this bootcamp will help attendees understand the long- and short- term responsibilities of a CSO, the necessary soft skills, and the reality of working in and staffing sustainability offices.
Leaders at all levels will leave with an understanding of sustainability issues, the role of both corporations, NGOs and policy makers, and the implications for decision-making for their organization and the broader community. Scenarios can include working with local utilities to community engagement.
Our philosophy centers on four basic pillars: learn, interact, experience, and amplify. With this framework, participants will be able to develop a sustainability business, operations, and team-building strategy. SustainabiliD's CSO Bootcamp will provide you with the necessary tools to create and maintain a motivated and engaged team that will work to effectively achieve sustainability goals with clear metrics for success.

Private Sustainability Office Onsite or Offsite (Single Company/Entity)
Two (2) Day Private Interactive / Intensive Training with your sustainability team. Our team will work with yours to help identify the vision that is specific to your needs. Our CSO training will guide employees through the range of sustainability topics and scenarios relevant to your goals. We will provide your organization with the tools and knowledge to better understand sustainability as it relates to your purpose, your business objectives, your team, your community - and the planet.
This private training will offer keynote speakers, media training, breakout panels, live Q&A sessions, and a VIP dinner, all tailored to align with your goals and objectives.

SustainabiliD CSO Bootcamp Offsite (Open to public registration)

Location: Newlab at Michigan Central in Corktown Detroit, Michigan
SustainabiliD is inviting leaders to the Heart of the Great Lakes to join other Chief Sustainability Officers for a two-day session on “what it really takes” in 2023 to be a successful sustainability officer, whether in private or public sector.
You will spend two (2) highly curated days with SustainabiliD and keynote speakers, breakout panels, live Q&A sessions, and a VIP dinner.
